Life in a new body

230 pounds in March, 193 in October.  What’s my secret?  You already know it – Diet and Exercise Baby!  I’ll go into this more, but if you’re serious about losing the weight, the first thing you need to do is keep a food journal.  Once you see what’s coming in and what’s going out, the loss or gains are all in your control.  More to come.
